I think some other news outlet did that to Bobby Jindal.  The DUmmies had no problem with that.

But Drudge did not do this to the photo. Drudge pulled this from Yahoo and I think they got it from Reuters.

The link is not working but if you go to yahoo news and search "Barack Obama, Donald Tusk" then click on the photos and look at picture 100. It is the exact same "darkened" photo but dated Saturday May 28th.
