This is sooo ****ing typical of the oppressive behavior of US Government under Republican rule.

Weapons of mass destruction can be high explosives or nuclear, biological, chemical, and radiological weapons, but exclude the means of transporting or propelling the weapon where such means is a separable and divisible part of the weapon.  By that measure, wouldn't a semi-automatic assault rifle also be a WMD?

It could cause as much death as a homemade pipe bomb.

The categorization is completely arbitrary, it seems. How many deaths is now considered "mass".
