A fish that big probably tastes like mud.  Saltwater-mud.

That's what happens up here in freshwater... especially with pike and bass, if they exceed their usual size.

Not at all. These fish swim in the deep ocean constantly moving and eating.  Their meat is very valuable for sushi.  Very fresh tasting
