Protocol for Chronic fatigue, Fibromyaliga,and Myofacial pain

I've helped a lot of people with these issues. Maybe they cause help you or someone you know.

Causes:1. Hypothalamus decreasing its functions by over stress.(chronic)
           2. An Illness
           3. Hormonal deficiencies (low thyroid, estrogen,testosterone, cortisone, etc.)
           4. Over use of antibiotics with secondary yeast overgrowth.
           5. Nutritional deficiencies
           6. These suppress the hypothalamus when distrubs in sleep & breaks down the immune system.


Four main categories of problems need to be treated:

           1. Sleep- needs 7-8 hours of deep sleep nightly
               A. A sleep formula
               B. 5HTP- (100-300mg) Melatonin (3/10)
           2.Hormonal Deficiencies
               A. Adrenal Formulas
               B. DHEA (25-50mg)
               C. Balance Hormones
           3.Unusual infections
               A. Viral infections-Grapefruit seed extract(must not have high blood pressure)
               B. Parasites-Virastop(enzymatic therapy) or Paraherb (Micheals)& Acidophilus
               C. Bowl infections- IBS/with acidophilus and anti bio.
               D.Most important-Fungal infection-(Grapefruit seed extract)
           4. Nutritional supplementation
               A.Bowl infections causes poor absorption-(super colon cleanse or colonics)
               B. Important nutrition
                   1. B vitamins(100/150mg/daily
                   2.Vitamin B-12 ( 1000-3000mcg/daily)
                   3. Antioxidant- (C&E) or Acai berry
                   4. Trace Minerals, along with magnesium (malate), Zinc (50mg), Selenium(200mg)
                   5.Amino Acids
                   6.Energizing and calming (malic acid& inositol)

    Note: Never take medicines and herbs,vitamins or supplement together. Take them 1-2 hours before are after medicines.They tend to cut each other in 1/2. Check with doctor.

Hi- are your suggestions for chronic fatigue or all of the above? You have a lot of supplements there.

Just to share-- In Chinese Medicine, all microbes are considered "damp-heat" We have some really unusual terms for things but that it how it is. Anyhow- there are herbs for damp heat (gets a little more complicated) and the rate of success is pretty good.
