DEI is an Accelerant that is Collapsing USA’s Fragile, Complex Systems.

In his book, The Collapse of Complex Societies, Tainter explains how societies evolve and increase complexity. As societies grow more complex, they must dedicate more resources to manage this complexity. Eventually, the benefits of the added complexity diminish, and the cost outweighs the value of preserving it, ultimately leading to society’s collapse, as seen in ancient Rome.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
The devastating wildfires in Los Angeles have resulted in a staggering cost of $250 billion, projected by JPMorgan analysts, and leftover 50,000 homeless. This disaster highlights a catastrophic failure in Los Angeles’s systems, driven by a critical lack of effective leadership. Karen Bass, the mayor of Los Angeles, and her appointed fire department and utility directors are ideologues who promote DEI social justice by excluding public safety. They are incompetent and criminally negligent.
Los Angeles shares many commonalities with other cities. Without exception, the most prominent cities are led by effete mayors and bureaucrats who promote DEI initiatives. Like the fictional Gotham City, these cities struggle with leadership issues stemming from unqualified individuals, incompetence, and corruption, where identity politics take precedence over merit and competency. The result is providing sanctuary for illegal aliens and homeless populations. Additionally, they are grappling with rising crime and violence. Essential funding to repair deteriorating infrastructure is diverted towards favored social justice initiatives, such as climate resilience, reparations, and restorative justice.
DEI is destructive to America. Los Angeles's leadership is DEI in action.
