Which commie/facist/totalitarian was it....

who made dehumanizing your opponents a core tenet of their belief system?  I know there was at least one, if not more, who flat out said an objective to their goals was to convince their followers that whoever the enemies were, those enemies were not human, and should not be treated as human. Hitler's plans obviously dehumanized Jews and other "undesirables" but I don't recall if he directly admitted to that being part of the plan, nor if Marx, Lenin, Mao, or Alinsky put those thoughts which they had and used into words, either.  My DDG-fu seems lacking, so any assistance in finding such quotes would be appreciated.

The inspiration for the search (this time) is recent events and specifically right now, these road signs that are being reported in Seattle.

Don't even have to scratch some of these liberals to see the fascist underneath right now, they are starting to wear it proudly.

Saul Alinsky is the communist sonuvabitch you're grasping for.

Thanks.  That's really what I thought, but wasn't finding the quote.
