In addition to the salacious headline, the article claims Trump threw a fit about paying for Vanessa Guillén's funeral after another soldier killed her.  Even though Trump representatives said that didn't happen, the propagandist continued with the lie in the same article.  The "generals" quote happens to come from an anti-Trump book being hawked right now, and all of this supposedly happened during Trump's presidency, but are just now being revealed.

More than a dozen former Trump administration officials on Friday came out in support of former chief of staff John Kelly, who went on the record this week to say the former president fits the definition of a fascist, would govern like a dictator and has no concept of the Constitution.

In a new letter, shared exclusively with POLITICO, the former Trump administration officials — some of the officials have been outspoken Trump critics for years — stated, “this is who Donald Trump is.”
“The revelations General Kelly brought forward are disturbing and shocking. But because we know Trump and have worked for and alongside him, we were sadly not surprised by what General Kelly had to say,” the letter states.

“We applaud General Kelly for highlighting in stark details the danger of a second Trump term. Like General Kelly, we did not take the decision to come forward lightly. We are all lifelong Republicans who served our country. However, there are moments in history where it becomes necessary to put country over party. This is one of those moments” the letter states. “Everyone should heed General Kelly’s warning.”

Funny things, for one Politico does not seem to be showing the whole letter, at least no that I can find, and two, despite the echo chambers screaming "Lookit, proof Drumph said it!!11!!!!!!!111 OrangeHitlerEbil!!111!!!! This Has tOAsT!  Drumph iS lEgs!!111!!" the only shared quote says we, the incompletely listed believe Trump would have said these things, not that we actually heard it.

The Left is going to explode November 6th, regardless of the election outcome.  I can absolutely see a Kristallnacht against Trump supporters, Republicans (actual or perceived) across the country, either out of anger at loosing or unleashing "deserved" street justice against the "threats to (D)emocracy".  Hopefully I'm being too pessimistic, but trust God and keep your powder dry.

Regardless of the target, take all annoymorous accusations against a politician with a block of salt. When the target is Trump and it's election time, the salt block should be Himalayan in size.
