Aside from the fact that our fierce little beast of a Russian Blue (rescue kitten) ...

Would have literally made minced-meat of the preparer's hands with her long pointy teeth & claws!

And, since I love hot, spicy, Szechuan (sp?)  Chinese food dishes ...

How about a recipe for how to prepare General Tso's "Dumpster Poster's brains?"   And approximately how many would be needed to make 2 servings?
