Don't worry if you don't get any immediate responses, sir.

Usually the sports fans show up here during the evening.

You might be surprised, though, sir.

We got all types here.

I mean that in the positive sense, obviously.

By football I am assuming you mean that wonderful sport of manly combat known as Rugby.

If you are a soccer hooligan you can sod off.

(Why did we do away with the b-slaps?)

Seriously, I do follow the sport. Man-U or the Gunners?

I keep up to a small degree with the Premier divisions in England, Spain, Italy, and Germany, with some notice towards the other European countries leagues.  Also a little Brazil, Agrentina, and MLS.

I've got DirecTV and get the Fox Soccer station and Gol TV, so I catch part of a game from time to time, and late at night I'll watch some of the Sky Sports wrap-up shows.

About the only full games I've tried to watch lately are the US Men's Team WC qualifiers.  I've watched every WC since 1982 so I'll definately be glued next year.

+1 Great sport. Soccer, not so much, at least to me.
