Barack Obamas' Drug and Homosexual Encounter?

I had heard the rumor on "the interwebs" for a few months now and had dismissed it. But apparently this guy says he did have an encounter with Obama in November of 1999. Here's his website:

And then this about an affidavit by Sinclair that Donald Young had tried to contact him shortly before he was murdered:
