A 19-year-old Denver woman has been arrested on terrorism charges for allegedly plotting to travel to Syria and join an Islamist extremist she had met online and was planning to marry.

Shannon Maureen Conley was taken into custody in April while trying to board a flight to Turkey with the alleged goal of meeting up with members of the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria group, also known as ISIS, it was revealed on Wednesday.

According to a criminal complaint filed with the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado, Conley conspired to commit an offense against the United States.

How did Shannon get "created" at least according to libs ?

Really odd how this is working out.

Why would any female not raised in the Muslim faith wish to live the life style of a woman raised in one ???

Seldom did a free person wish to become slaves at any time in history unless it became life or death for them.

Seldom did a free person wish to become slaves at any time in history unless it became life or death for them.

Maybe she just hates the US and waging jihad against it is the easiest way to fight against the US. OTOH, many liberals believe Muslims are right to attack the US.
