What's really bad is when you think you're typing out a PM

Wow.  I would be fired I'm sure.  I work with some real morans who just love mass emails.  I and a couple friends have no problem highlighting specific stupidity, often using colorful language and pretty pictures.  Fortunately, IT turns a blind eye, and has even been known to join in on the fun.

I've done that at work a couple times.

That cost a guy a job at my work once. He used the company wide email list and the founder and CEO got his joke email. He was escorted into the manager's office that same afternoon and then out the building by closing.  :thatsright:

Kinda funny when that happens from the top down though. The CEO of a rather large public company I happen to know quite well recently replied to a notice from the building property manager that they were having some trouble with the AC again.....he accidently hit 'reply all' and proceeded to take off on a big rant and rail against the building people that went out to every tenant in the 12 story building (including me)....oopsy!

He attempts to dictate to me what and when I may post but only

Any legitamate derogative posts having to do with that Socialistic,Islamic Wonderland of the Peoples Republic of the late great UK he pounces on.

I would expect disagreement with any of my comments or my stated opinions but this is beyond the acceptable.Even in his worst days the Gator was never this dogmatic .

I fear that if he continues unabated in has actions he will drive posters

Should I cut, paste and post this in the lounge at CU?  :evillaugh: :evillaugh: :evillaugh:

Sales continue to grow for my company. Not triple digit increases, but sales are still going up, and not down.

The stock I purchased in my company in April is now up 38%. I've had six raises in the past year & my company matches my 401k over 300%.

Sure it can be tough finding a job, but many would rather wait out all the unemployment extensions before they even start to look for a job.

That's great to hear and do they have any openings?
Seriously, outstanding. My company laid off a bunch of people and contracted a bit at the end of 2008, but mostly it was good pruning that needed to be done to get rid of leftover bloat from acquisitions during the boom years. Now we have streamlined operations and I just closed in the last few weeks on a new $1 million dollar facility in east Texas and just wrote another $625,000 contract on another facility in west Texas. We're also about to put in a new location in North Dakota and recently added about 3 new yards in Oklahoma. As RJ says, there is lots of opportunity out there if you are willing to get out and look and work for it rather than stay on the government tit.

I fully believe the American economy will eventually recover on it's own despite the government - because it is just in our nature. Barry's Tzars can cap executive pay all they want - that will only result in the best and brightest moving on to private non-government industries where they will work their capitalist magic and be wildly successful in another industry. Everyone's just kinda been on hold to wait it out to see what direction things would go. But they won't wait forever on Barry to get his act together. They will eventually just change their path to go around him. That is the true nature of the capitalist American business man. Always has been and always will be despite who's in the WH.

Kay, I tend to think that the American ecomony will recover from the Obamination's ****ups, rather quickly in 2013 into 2014.

That's fantastic.  Near Fargo?  Bobcat being the main manufacturing presence there, and laying folks off left and right, that area could use some good news for once.

Chump - We are putting in a new location in Stanley ND. I think it's a pretty remote area, we are an oil service company. Presently we have locations in Williston, Belfield and Grassy Butte in ND.

Their version of healthhcare and cap n trade and card check is going to throw some big wrenches into the economy. BTW, what kind of jobs are those (Texas) anyway?

Everyone's just kinda been on hold to wait it out to see what direction things would go.

My health plan options are changing. For the past year I was blessed with zero deductable and low co-pays for any thing I needed to have done.

If I choose the best coverage, which takes the most out of my check, will I be punished with the company's portion of the coverage turning into taxable income?

I really don't think that my benefits should be taxed to pay for others that have BETTER coverage that do not work.........

My company actually pushed open enrollment out to January.  It sounds like the employer and employee contributions have gone up and they are trying to negotiate better options.  Right now I have the same as you, low co-pays and no deductible.  I'm a little worried about what it might change to.
