Federal minimum wage for contractors raised to $17.75/hr. by Biden reduced by Trump to $13.30/hr.
Trump issued Executive Order 14236, “Additional Rescissions of Harmful Executive Orders and Actions” (90 FR 13037) March 14, which revoked, among other items, Executive Order 14026 of April 27, 2021 “Increasing the Minimum Wage for Federal Contractors”.

Federal minimum wage for contractors raised to $17.75/hr. by Biden has been dropped back down to $13.30/hr.

Wonder how many contractors voted for him?

Minimum wage realistically probably needs to be $35 now and way more in some places.
The corps raising prices on literally everything and these tools would pay less if they could regardless if 99% of us were living in tents?

First, as someone who has done government jobs, there aren't many on the job who are making minimum wage, and those who are will either move up the ladder quickly, OR they will ... move on, one way or another.

Second, tarrifs are the only thing that raises prices ... amiright?

All of you racists wanted to keep the migrants because the cost of our food would go up if Americans had to harvest the food.  At least that's what you posted over and over agan.

Economic retards at best.  Lying deceivers at worst.

  • LITERALLY HITLER

Any federal contractor working at minimum wage is not contracting directly with the US Government. They are most likely part of a larger contract with way more workers who are bleeding taxpayers with bloated rates. Cut them to the bone, I say.

A true minimum wage (or "living" wage as Crazy Uncle Bernie or A0C frequently call it) is only worth what a an employee DESERVES to earn. Artificial levels of a standard minimum are arbitrary and not commensurate with an employee's actual skill level.

Just in theory, paying some doofus to run the fryer at In-And-Out at $25 per hour doesn't improve the quality of the fries or burgers rather than the federally mandated minimum wage.

If Trump would get rid of Prevailing Wage Law across the USA that would be great.
When you are the beneficiary of someone’s kindness and generosity, it produces a sense of gratitude and community.

When you are the beneficiary of a policy that steals from someone and gives it to you in return for your vote, it produces a sense of entitlement and dependency.
