DU alumnus DistressedAmerican now the poster child of Occupy Albany

Picture this:  The City of Albany lets the Occupiers pitch their tents in the city-controlled part of Layfayette Park and says they'll let them stay in their tents forever, with no arrests.   Everything is going well, and the local paper just "loves" them.  Gov. Cuomo wants them out and places an 11:00 pm curfew on the state-controlled part of the Park.

So, what does DistressedAmerican (AKA Bradley Russell the anthropologist) do?  He creates a fort on state land and challenges Cuomo to come and arrest him.  They have, at latest count twice.

Thought you might enjoy DistressedAmerican taking down Occupy Albany all on his own.  Here's the latest arrest, with a great pic (click to enlarge):

Wonder if he ever finished his PhD, or if he ran out of crayons...

I kinda miss him. He was a horrible artist, stupid debater, and an all-around idiot. In all, the quintessential DUmmie.

Sandwich board? I think he replaces the "Bill of Rights" placard with one that read "Eat at Joe's" in the daylight hours.
Come to think of it, unions do create jobs. Companies have to hire two workers to do the work of one.

I was referring to the junk he's got piled up on his shoulders.  It looks like he went overboard with his Legoland playset.

Naah . . . they arrested a few others.  But, the Albany County DA, David Soares (sp?), says that he won't prosecute.  Today's Times Union has a piece on the front page, below-the-fold, which suggests that Governor Cuomo could get around the refusal to prosecute by appointing a special prosecutor for the OA cases.  I hope that ol' Hardball Andy does it.

Lord, what a loon.

I wish Andy would start getting tough with this crap.  It's infringing on the rights of everybody else, as witnessed by that counter-protest of business owners in the city.  I thought Andy was going with the "I may be a democrat, but I'm not batshit crazy" approach.

Uh, at the age of 39, he's still in college.

I've always wondered about that myself; the story's been around since all of us were at our old home, at least since the dysfunctional American became the first Top DUmmie back in 2005.

I do recall he has some problems with literacy, perception, and behavior, making him "disabled."

And at the time an infant girl subsidized by the taxpayers of New York.

Obviously he's still in college not so much to learn, but to remain on the dole, somehow.  If not college, he'd be somewhere else doing something else that'd keep him flush in money earned by other people.

How much better both society and the dysfunctional American had been served, had he after high school gone to work on the assembly line at the local factory.

IIRC, he got busted again last night.  Resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.  The Soros-backed DA is still not prosecuting these things.
