I was looking for some way to report it, for copyright infringement, but you have  to have a claim on the material, I think.

Yeah, you have to be the owner.  Contact the publisher.  Legacy Recordings is owned by Sony Music USA.

Edit: I just emailed asking if they take any action against copyright infringers on YouTube.
