My guess is if it's a felony indictment, he's looking at a similar charge to what Michael Cohen faced.

that unnamed sources have confirmed this. But until the pre-trial hearing, we can only take their word. I am 99.999999999999999% sure of it, but it is still not official. I wish that grand jurors in NYS were as free as in George to speak to the public.

The longer it's secret, the less time, Bragg thinks, Trump has to prepare his defense. Quite the contrary, Trump needs to press for his right to a speedy trial, in court and very publicly. And fight every effort to delay with a very publicly announced motion to dismiss with prejudice.
