We went to the Carnegie Science Center in Pittsburgh. They have an omnimax theater in the building. We watching a show about dinosaurs, fossils, and how finding the fossils in dirt layers can pinpoint their time of existence. Anywho...... In the middle of this movie the announcer starts talking about how warm it was during these eras and how the United States was mostly covered by a sea. How could that have been possible? Did evil dinosaur corporations pollute the atmosphere and make the Earth warm up!??!?! I was SHOCKED! The most shocking part was that later in a different area there was a big exhibit about global warming and ecology.
On the plus side, I found out that my daughter's little friend that is a boy has republican parents! YAY!
