I wonder if Papa John's is going to lose their concession license with the military exchanges because they're embarrassing the regime.

Come to think of it, I should stop by there for some pizza one of these days.

Come to think of it, I should stop by there for some pizza one of these days.

On Friday, our Papa John's had a two hour wait.  We ordered our pizza ahead online for a delivery time of 6pm.  Our pizzas arrived at 6:30pm.  Not a big deal.  We knew what to expect.  Their pizza was good as always.  The delivery guy told us they made our pizzas too early, so they remade them and that's why it was a little late on delivery.  Yesterday, a customer service rep was calling every single person who ordered on Friday to thank them for their business and take a customer survey to ensure they were still meeting their standards.  Some of them had no idea it was National Papa John's Appreciation Day.  We need to tell these businesses to expect high sales when the liberals start threatening them with boycotts.

Excellent.

So PapaJohns tries to keep its doors open, meanwhile we are staring down on "The Day the Twinkie Died". Channeling Don Mclean or Jty to compose those lyrics.  :lmao:

A long, long time ago
I can still remember how that wrapper used to make me smile
And, I knew if I had my chance that I'd prob'ly get some on my pants, and...
Maybe I'd be happy for a while

But, November made me shiver with election news now delivered,
Bad news on the I-pad - I couldn't believe - it was so sad

I can't remember if I cried when I heard about what that union tried,
Something touched me deep inside the day the Twinkie died

So, bye bye to the Hostess Fried Pie,
Drove my Kia to the Qik-Mart, but the Qik-Mart was dry,
Them good ol' boys were eating Snickers and cried, singing...
This'll be the day Twinkies die,
This'll be the day Twinkies die.....
