I ask that those of you so inclined, send a prayer up for Barack's protection.   
 

May the Light of the Creator shine upon him,
May Light surround him and may he be protected
May Light go ahead of him and come behind him,
May Light kiss his forehead and cushion the soles of his feet.

May the Creator inspire him and touch his heart,
May his words carry strength, and inspiration and hope,
May he be used by the Creator, to help us heal our Nation
May his enemies be confounded and their hatred turned back on them

May the shield of righteousness be in his left hand
May the sword of truth be his to wield
May the Creator forgive this country its transgressions as we attempt to begin to change our path from wrong thinking and violence, to justice and peace,

May the Creator protect Barack Obama from all harm and guide him to victory for the sake of all the people who seek liberty, justice, and prosperity for our nation's citizens and for the citizens of our world.

My feeling is...it can't hurt. And if all it does is make me feel better, make me feel like I'm doing something...then it's good.
Many times when my child was sick, out at night way past her curfew, etc...it did help me stay calm.

Hey at least one DUmmie was honest and called herself 'anti-religion'. That was probably a slip up on her part, but it's honest about a good bunch of those freaks and it puts them in direct conflict with our Constitution.

Second thought, prayer is now ok at the DUmp?

Last thought, the way some of them view Obama is truly unhealthy. It's not hard seeing it to see how things like Jim Jones and kool aid happened.

Funny thing is if B. Hussein were to truly turn his life over to God and as President do that of which the Lord would have him to do, the DUmmies would hate him with every fiber of their being.  So in essence they're praying for him to be something that is 180 degrees opposite of what they really desire in a leader.

I dunno, as long as he came through with plenty of free loaves, fishes, wine, milk, honey, manna and healing for everyone they might be able to deal with it for awhile.

I am not a Christian, or a believer at all but wasn't there something in the Bible about worshipping false idols?

There's also something in the Bible about '...false prophets, who will lead many astray'.

Has anybody else considered that Obama coming to power may well be the will of God - as an opening act (isolating Israel from it's largest, most powerful ally) and precursor to the prophesied events of the Last Days?  (I don't even know how much credence I give that thought; mostly just putting it out to see what kind of flak it draws.)

Actually, yes.  The Eternal Father, Our Lord Jesus Christ, and The Holy Spirit want Good to flourish.  For that to happen, I believe that situations must exist that allow us to be the best Christians that we can be.  Those situations exist most strongly when Evil is more present, I believe. 

So, the Obamessiah is allowed to flourish--but he will be defeated.
