What's your plan for Election Night?

Going out with friends? Going to any rallies? Gonna be on DU all night (until it melts down)? Watching TV?

Blog on DU

Call other Dem friends to bitch about election fraud in _____ state

Bite fingernails down to bloody stubs

Put kids to bed early so they don't hear mommy swear

Get mad at Husband for remaining calm

Not neccessarily in that order.

7. Sleeping over my parent's house ...

I am going to just bring pillows and my biggest blanket, along with my Bible, incense, prayer beads (anything you name it) and parking myself right in front of the tv. I have to be with someone to cry with when the results come out in our favor.

8. Staying home. Significant other at conference (what idiots scheduled that?). Taking Nov.5 off.

I am taking the next day off. I am either celebrating with champagne or crying in my beer, but I want nothing to do with work on Wednesday.

Plus, there's all those Senate and House races to follow, even if (as I believe) the presidential race is over by 10 Eastern time.

Oh my.
apres moi, le deluge

I think there will be lots of crying in their bongs.
When you are the beneficiary of someone’s kindness and generosity, it produces a sense of gratitude and community.

When you are the beneficiary of a policy that steals from someone and gives it to you in return for your vote, it produces a sense of entitlement and dependency.

I notice none of them say they will celebrate having to pay more in taxes.  Of course, that would require them to have a job, or if they somehow do work, it would mean they're actually stupid enough to believe the Obamassiah won't raise *their* taxes.   :mental:

I remember in 2004 when I took a pic of myself sitting at the PC with a nice
big drinky and a bigger smile on my mug. Then I posted it over at POAC.  :innocent:

Ooooo the troops weren't happy next morning.... :-)

Don't catch on fire.

I'd prefer they did, actually.

Hopefully, their election night festivities will involve blood-thinners and razor blades.

I'm looking forward to seeing Susan Esterich drunk on FNC again.   :-)

With the area I live in, I'm going to perform functions checks on my weapons, make sure my tank is topped off, verify my designated line of retreat is open, and make sure my family has go bags at the ready.  I suffer under no illusions of what kind of trouble the Obamessiah's defeat is likely going to cause around here.
