There's only a picture of what looks to be a poorly attended political protest.  No context, no idea if the protest is in full swing yet.

No context but at least we can tell that it isn't a Biden rally--there're too many people for it to be a rally for Jim Crow Joe and the participants aren't sitting in folding chairs and distanced from each other by hula hoop rings.
