Are we reaching the point where our videos could be censored or taken down if we do not call her DOCTOR Jill Biden? We might already have reached that level of censorship so I am taking no chances. In fact, I am going to emphasize that she is DOCTOR Jill Biden whenever I refer to her and I recommend you do the same.

In a slip-up on “The View” Wednesday, Whoopi Goldberg suggested Jill Biden, who has a doctorate in education, be appointed surgeon general if her husband wins the 2020 presidential election, calling her a “hell of a doctor.”

Or Dr. Ben Carson. Amongst plenty of other prominent conservatives who have a medical doctorate.
The Associated Press stylebook even recommends ONLY calling someone a Doctor if they have earned their degree in medicine. PhD's in education should not be addressed in such a manner.
Use AP Style:
Use Dr. in first reference as a formal title before the name of an individual who holds a doctor of dental surgery, doctor of medicine, doctor of optometry, doctor of osteopathic medicine, doctor of podiatric medicine, or doctor of veterinary medicine: Dr. Jonas Salk.
If appropriate in the context, Dr. also may be used on first reference before the names of individuals who hold other types of doctoral degrees. However, because the public frequently identifies Dr. only with physicians, care should be taken to ensure that the individual’s specialty is stated in first or second reference.
Do not use Dr. before the names of individuals who hold only honorary doctorates.
Do not continue the use of Dr. in subsequent references.
