According to the suspect at the time that would be Gary Condit.  

After reading the article I realized it is saying nothing of substance.  It's not news.  It's a history report.

This was also in the WaPo. I still can't get over the fact that the Salvadoran claims that Condit happened to drive by him, rolled his window down and offered him 25k to off Levy after showing him a picture of her.

I think Condit is responsible. I just don't know how yet.

Notice how the DC Cops searched everywhere in the Park EXCEPT where her body lay? Condit's a despicable little worm who did not have the guts to do his own, completely unnecessary, crime.  I sincerely hope someone actually puts enough proof together to haul him into court and  try the creep.
