Yes, the school boards play a part when they stop using their brains and start enacting politically correct, blame free policies. They don't have a problem with zero tolerance (zero common sense) policies like banning hugging or dodgeball, but can't see the dangerous road cross dressing leads down??
Kids are in school for about 7 hours a day, 5 days a week or about 180 days a year. There is simply no need for a student to cross dress, wear makeup (if they are male), or don anything else "distracting" during these days. It's counterproductive to the learning enviornment. The only time a cross dresser should be living 24/7 as the opposite sex is in the required time frame before a sex change operation. And that's something they will not perform on an adolescent. So, it's a mute point.
