Idea for the Supreme Court

Every President gets to place two justices. One in the first and one in the third year. If the new justice would make a total of more than nine justices, then the longest serving justice must retire. That would end this stupid game of trying to place more justices in your four years than the next or last president gets to place.

2. Does the senate get no say?

As long as the senate gets a say, how do you prevent them from refusing to agree to anything? They don't need to be as blatant as mcturtle. They can hold hearings and always find some excuse to say no and run out the clock.

If the president can appoint with zero oversight from congress, that leads to other, probably worse, problems.

6. No, we put four justices on the court immediately so as to save Roe, health care and the end of slavery...which our newest justice apparently thinks wasn't correctly decided.

8. No, thank you.

They get more liberal as they get older—Clarence Thomas being a notable exception. I don’t want to kick the eldest off the bench.

If, as anti-Covid-vaxxers claim, https://www.poynter.org/fact-checking/2021/robert-f-kennedy-jr-said-the-covid-19-vaccine-is-the-deadliest-vaccine-ever-made-thats-not-true/ , https://gospelnewsnetwork.org/2021/11/23/covid-shots-are-the-deadliest-vaccines-in-medical-history/ , The Vaccine is deadly, where in the US have Pfizer and Moderna hidden the millions of bodies of those who died of "vaccine injury"? Is reality a Big Pharma Shill?

Millions now living should have died. Anti-Covid-Vaxxer ghouls hardest hit.

Since the donkey-commies are all for court packing, after Trump wins and puts a couple more senators in, he should say that is a great idea and get Cocaine Mitch to expand it to add 5 more SCOTUS justices and expand the federal appeals court like democrats have said they want too.

It would be great just for yelping of Nanzi, Cuck, and the squad.

When you are the beneficiary of a policy that steals from someone and gives it to you in return for your vote, it produces a sense of entitlement and dependency.

I love how the Democrats can't win by the Constitution  law they want to change the rules. To teel the truth I would mind term limits.  Our forefathers made very few mistakes, but the one thing they didn't foresee is that there would be lazy leeches living off our tax dollars. I've always said that the people who wrote our Constitution and Bill of Rights were light years ahead of the thinking of people today.    But if we had a Convention of the States to mandate term limits, the entire U.S Constitution is up for editing.  I live in a state where every representative is a flaming liberal/socialist.  But I think even if I lived in a red state I would tell people incumbent is not a reason to vote for some rather a reason to replace them.  Hell, I'm OK with 10-12 yrs, but after that they've been corrupted.
