I'll have the chocolate infused strawberries please

A delicious mix of technology and sweets
Break it open, and what looks like a plain strawberry is filled with chocolate



The trick is to first freeze-dry the strawberry to remove the water, and then infuse the white chocolate into the spaces left behind.

That looks like it would be very nice.  I could see that as a decoration on a chocolate cake, possibly a little rich to have more than one at a time.
