screwed up list but have to agree with Sanford and Jeffersons being in the top.

Quincy Jones, and Mike Post/Pete Carpenter have been absolute rock stars with composing these theme tunes. Instantly recognizable, they've been able to lock that quality in -- especially Quincy Jones, who wrote Sanford and Son, IIRC.

Totally agreed, their fingerprints are on about a quarter of the Top 100.
