I'm back from voting.

I voted for the republican guy. No I didn't I'm just kidding.

I voted for Deeds.I'm glad he is pro gun rights, that made things easy. But, I'm not sure how much difference my vote will make.

1. Well, I'm glad you asked that question after you voted rather than not voting because you felt it would not make a difference.

6. I just shamed somebody into voting over that very reason.

3. I'm going later, home sick today, could be the flu, could be a cold

could be a vacation day, but I need to do laundry so since the precinct is across from the laundromat, I'm solid.

I could not stomach Deeds.

7. I'm gonna go vote for Deeds in a little while.

I am hoping that:

1. That the McDonnell supporters will think it's in the bag and stay home
2. That Deeds will surprise me pleasantly while in office.

8. Voted around 9:30 am -- hardly anyone there except the GOP volunteers

I think it's going to be a sad day here in VA.

I cannot believe that Cuccinelli will likely win. I was overjoyed when he was selected as the Republican's AG candidate because I thought that he was so extreme that he would easily lose and negatively impact the entire Republican ticket.

Looks like we are going to have a lot of work to do...

What?  Some of these DUmmies are making special trips to vote?  Shouldn't they be concerned for the environment and not be putting all that pollution into the air?

Funny, I thought that felons and the mentally incompetent weren't allowed to vote.

Think what a great country we would have if people on public assistance (SSI, medicare excepted as paid into) were not allowed to vote.
When you are the beneficiary of someone’s kindness and generosity, it produces a sense of gratitude and community.

When you are the beneficiary of a policy that steals from someone and gives it to you in return for your vote, it produces a sense of entitlement and dependency.

It makes me all warm and fuzzy that my vote canceled out yours.

I think we need a minimum tax, even just 1% for the poor. Payable a week before the election.
