In looking it over, I noticed the Joanne98 made the list. I must have missed 99% of her posts. No Proud2Blib either. Doesn't she usually place somewhere on the list?
What's going on over there?
The "Proud2Blib" primitive, the dysmenopausal Kansas school teacher, has been vacationing in the upper peninsula of Michigan for a while. I have no idea how she can afford a vacation in this George Bush economy, the worst economy since the evolution of geese, but there you have it.
Once in a while, I thought about running a feature, much like the "local happenings" columns that used to be run in small-town newspapers, a list of one-sentence comments about what's going on; who went where, who visited whom, who did what.
Something along the lines of ".....the dysmenopausal Kansas school teacher ("Proud2BLib") is vacationing in northern Michigan this week with her 28-year-old son.....the Skins family welcomed Skins III in late July, explaining the absence of my fellow alum.....the BiBoobs primitive ("BiCentennialBaby") is visiting her parents.....the bird-smacking stoned red-faced primitive ("Redstone") is in Vermont and New Hampshire this week, and off the internet.....Pedro Picasso ("Atman") had a stormy weekend at his summer home, northern Connecticut being deluged with rain.....the subway cat {"undergroundpanther") went in yesterday for her quarterly psychiatric check-up and readjustment of her medications....."
That sort of thing.
But then I figured, nah, it would take too much time, keeping track of all the primitives.
