I'd considered making Ms. Vanderbilt-Astor a repeat winner of the franksolich, but recent events in the cooking and baking forum have moved me from scorn to pity for her.
During the summer--I think it was the summer--dear old sweet Lu, who apparently had not died despite the rumors, showed up for a couple of minutes and informed Ms. Vanderbilt-Astor that she was now hostess of the cooking and baking forum, although dear old sweet Lu refused to resign her position officially.
As long as dear old sweet Lu remains the official hostess, she has access to the closed host/hostess forum on Skins's island, where the personal lives and details of primitives are described. If nothing else, dear old sweet Lu likes to be in on the gossip.
Now, this was shortly after the cbayer primitive had taken her leave, and left, as she was tired of dealing with the God-hating primitives and the Bernie bullies. Also, her eccentric English husband because of old age, is getting more and more eccentric, taking up more of her time and attention.
And so there she was, Ms. Vanderbilt-Astor, left alone without help to run the cooking and baking forum. Not to mention that she's constantly busy in real life, teaching.
The cooking and baking forum had declined precipitously since the new DU came into being, due to the negligence and apathy of dear old sweet Lu, and now is only a shadow of its former self.
Ms. Vanderbilt-Astor's valiantly trying to rejuvenate it, but dear old sweet Lu had ruined it so much it's unlikely that even if Ms. Vanderbilt-Astor had ten times the time, and ten times the help she gets from others, she could restore it.
Ooops, have we overlooked WillyT, the figurehead leader of the Bernie bullies on Skins's island?
I say "figurehead" because it's obvious that the now-banned Skippy, the NYC_SKP primitive, is pulling the strings from behind the curtain, so as to create mischief for Skins. WillyT was never smart enough to lead any group of primitives on his own.
I'm still wavering about whether or not to nominate Skippy himself; the feat his pals pulled off in San Bernardino the other day makes me lean towards the former, but as we still have 36 hours before nominations close, I'll sleep on it one more night.

It's wholly subjective, and everyone's free to devise his own standards.
For me, the general rule of thumb's been, for the past several years, that a primitive of prominence (PoP) is usually a primitive frequently mentioned by franksolich, who invented the term.
A primitive of non-prominence (PonP) is a primitive generally ignored by franksolich.
It seems, like everybody wants to be a chief and not a mere Indian, primitives want to become PoPs, avoiding the anonymity of PonPs, and sometimes I'm compelled to raise the standards, to keep the number of PoPs limited.
I'm leaving this up until circa suppertime Sunday evening, as obviously some of us (including myself) forgot to do our homework.

I should have mentioned that when I was describing the PeaceNikki primitive, I was describing her black dark depraved gangrenous soul, not how she looks to the normal human eye.She looks insane. And soulless.
