watching the video, I couldn't figure out what triggered his tirade in the first place.  It seemed like the lady was merely waiting for the traffic light to change and the a-hole accused her of blocking his path.  When confronted, she was calm while he escalated his attacks.  What sucks is that now he got fired, we are probably supporting his unemployment payments.
