That's a bread-less BLT I guess.  I would have tried that first, but we are out of lettuce.

The other day I made 2 bacon cups - it's way easier than it appears - and filled them with scrambled eggs while they cooled a bit.  We both loved 'em.  The bacon in the oven turns out delicious - all the fat is gone - and it's nice and crispy!  I highly recommend a try.  Just pick the whole cup up and eat it.  I definitely will make it again.
