2014: the group award (the women's-libbers)
« on: December 28, 2014, 08:55:05 PM »
Congratulations! to the winner of the group award, given the group of primitives, formally assembled and identified, or only informally so, that provided decent and civilized people with much entertainment this past year.

The group award’s been around only since last year, when it was bestowed upon an informal, unorganized, group, “the bullies,” actually primitives who kind-heartedly sought help nadin mend her ways, so she'd get along better with other people.

There were several candidates on the ballot this year, but it was pretty much a landslide for the winner:

Quote
the Baghdad Bobs*
the freeloaders, the scammers
the gun-grabbers
the nuts
the 0bamacare fanatics
the cop-hating racist primitives
the women's libbers

*this refers to the primitives who persistently and mule-headedly predicted massive Democrat victories in the mid-term elections.

And the winner is…..the last-mentioned, the women’s-libbers, the screeching banshee she-women on Skins’s island, who rock-and-rolled Skins’s real-estate for months, until they began fading away in autumn.

There’s of course many women’s-libbers on Skins’s island, but the chief among them are the Four Horsewomen of the Femapocalypse: “BainsBane,“ who now appears to have swum away; “redqueen,” who is known to have gone away; and “seabeyond” and “boston bean,” who are still hanging in there, but just barely.

While the seabeyond primitive has been the most prolific of the four, it’s always been obvious BainsBane has been the brains of the operation, an operation to take over the whole of Skins’s island.

The seabeyond primitive’s undeniably the stupidest, lowest IQed, female primitive on Skins’s island, if “communicative clarity and effectiveness” is any measure of intelligence, which it probably is, to some degree.

She posts a lot, but makes even nadin at her worst seem coherent.  It’s like seeing a comatose patient laying in a hospital bed, eyes wide open but the pupils rolled up inside the head, mouth agape, expelling a series of “oh”s and “ahs” and other indecipherable, unconnected, words.

redqueen seemed, at least to me, pretty much a boring enigma, and boston bean of course is into feminine causes only as a hobby, to distract her from problems she has in real life, including an adolescent son who’s always attracting the notice of the cops.

Over time, the women’s-libbers have amassed seven distinct forums of their own:

Feminism and Diversity

Feminists
http://www.democraticunderground.com/?com=forum&id=1139
History of Feminism
http://www.democraticunderground.com/?com=forum&id=1255
Sexual Assault Survivors Support
http://www.democraticunderground.com/?com=forum&id=1266
Women’s Rights & Issues

Women’s World
http://www.democraticunderground.com/?com=forum&id=1184
Pro-Abortion
http://www.democraticunderground.com/?com=forum&id=1140

Now, there’s lots and lots of special interest groups on Skins’s island, such as the gays, the hardcore Obamaists, primitives of African derivation, the anti-gun nuts, the terrorist-lovers, the warpathing Warrenites, the “socialist” Sandersites, the God-haters, the panhandlers and freeloaders, the militant vegetarians, the dopers, the anti-Semites, the mentally-ill, &c., &c., &c.

Some of these special interests are very powerful, especially the gay lobby, the anti-Semites, and the anti-gun nuts.

But only three other groups have more than just one forum--the gays, the lunatic nuts, and the anti-gun fanatics--and those, only two each.

The women’s-libbers have seven.

- - - - - - - - - -

Now, no one is going to disagree that women’s lives, women’s rights, are important…..but they’re not the only issues of importance in the world today.

One suspects Lamond X thinks black issues are pretty important, and one can’t disagree with him on that.  And Wills perhaps thinks gay issues are pretty important, which is debatable, but nobody remembered to nominate the “William769” primitive for Top DUmmiedom this year, and so that’s an argument for awards in another year.  And the violently-crumbling primitive, “Violet_Crumble,” apparently thinks that hating Israel and those of Judaic derivation is important.

However, none of these other, equally important, special interests on Skins’s island got anything near the exposure the women’s-libbers did, this past year.

But still, the women’s-libbers whined much of the year; they weren’t getting their way all the time…..just nearly all the time.

One’s sure that primitives discussing other issues stood by in open-mouthed wonder, as the women’s-libbers took advantage of the fact that Skins’s wife is herself a strident women’s-libber, and so got their way nearly all the time.

But “nearly all the time” wasn’t good enough for the women’s-libbers; they wanted their way all the time, the whole thing, lock-stock-and-barrel.

- - - - - - - - - -

Sometime this past summer, despite that the women’s-libbers own seven forums in which to romp and play, led by the Four Horsewomen of the Femapocalypse, they essayed to stage a coup d’etat, a putsch, by taking over General Discussion.

There were days this past summer, into autumn, that two-thirds or even three-quarters, of the topics in General Discussion dealt with women’s issues…..as if seven other places on Skins’s island weren’t more appropriate for such discussions.

But in the end, the women’s-libbers, led by BainesBane, overplayed their hand.  They devised a strategy to exclude those with other issues, exploiting the jury system as it is on Skins’s island, to get comments they deemed offensive, deleted, and even to get innocuous primitives tossed out, simply because they sided with the women’s-libbers only 99%, and not 100%, of the time.

Well, two ended up playing the game, and the women’s-libbers lost, the result being that Skins’s island is now back to normalcy, discussing a diverse variety of issues and concerns.

Too bad for the women’s-libbers; their issues and concerns are important, but they aren’t the only issues and concerns…..some of which are more important than theirs.

Sic semper glutto, greedy saus who want it all.

I contemplated including them, along with the household hints forum and the crafts forum, but I'm bending over backwards so as to not appear sexist.

I forgot to point out--but the awards are first-and-only-drafts, spur-of-the-moment literary efforts, and such happens--the Americentricism of the women's-libbers on Skins's island.

BainsBane one time had as her signature line a comment that "30%" of all women's first sexual experience is coerced.

To me, that's woefully understated, but I consider all women, not just women in our own society and culture.  I'll bet when one considers all women, it's  probably about three quarters.

American, North American, and European women have nothing to complain about, when compared with the women of Mali, Nigeria, Iran, North Korea, Afghanistan, Red China, Paraguay, the Congo, Burma, Egypt, &c., &c., &c.

But those women don't matter to the women's-libbers, as they're being used, abused, injured, and even killed, by men of ethnic and racial groups it's politically-incorrect to criticize.

Jugs :yahoo: was certainly the loudest of the harpies. The sweater-puppy queen felt her phDD in an obscure Latin American studies would grant her unfettered leadership of the KKKlams.  She was challenged many times. Poor little thang.  :-)

Then-Chief Justice John Marshall observed, “Between a balanced republic and a democracy, the difference is like that between order and chaos.”

John Adams warned in a letter, “Remember democracy never lasts long. It soon wastes, exhausts, and murders itself. There never was a democracy yet, that did not commit suicide.”

It's only 9:00 p.m. here in the Sandhills of Nebraska, but it's cold and forecast to get even colder, so I'm hitting the sack early, hoping to put myself to sleep early reading the diaries of Sir Harold Nicholson; his wife Victoria Sackville-West was pretty interesting, but I suspect him, not so much.

The remaining schedule:

January 29 #04 Top DUmmie
January 29 the stewert

January 30 #03 Top DUmmie
January 30 #02 Top DUmmie

January 31 the franksolich
January 31 Top DUmmie of 2014

Despite that it's winding down, there's surprises to come yet.

The group award winner was pretty predictable. Agree what you said about seabeyond being dumb, even Alex's sockpupptet's ID is triple that of sea's. And  Alex's bra size . . . those things are enormous.

I didn't vote for them, but for the fairer sex who love shoes...I thought they were a shoe in.
There were only two options for gender. At last count there are at least 12, according to libs. By that standard, I'm a male lesbian.
