But I'm all in favor of them taking to the streets, as long as there are plenty of :dozer: s and a few :killemall: on the same streets.

IIRC, he works at the council level, not as a Scout Master or Assistant Scout Master who would be accompanying a troop on its 5 or 10 or 50 mile hikes. SMs and ASMs tend to be less ovoid.
