Susan Rice’s Republican son allegedly physically assaulted at pro-Kavanaugh event
The story I heard is that the father occasionally put Rush Limbaugh on while driving to expose the kid to the “wrong” arguments of the other side.

John David Rice-Cameron, the Stanford College Republicans president, is pressing charges against a liberal student who allegedly “hit him” and “forcefully pushed him back” during a pro-Brett Kavanaugh event Tuesday afternoon.
Rice-Cameron is the son of controversial Obama administration official Susan Rice, who is rumored to be considering a run against Susan Collins, R-Maine, following her support in the Senate for confirmation of Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court. But on the other side of the aisle on the Left Coast, her son is busy working to “Make Stanford Great Again” as an outspoken supporter of President Trump and conservative values.
While one student was arrested for battery, other students were caught on camera ripping up College Republican signs supporting Kavanaugh at their “Change My Mind” table.

Susan Rice’s Son Pursues Assault Charges in Incident at Pro-Kavanaugh Event at Stanford
Campus police arrested a female student at Stanford University and cited her for battery in an incident involving fellow student John David Rice-Cameron.
The son of former Obama national security adviser Susan Rice, a pro-Trump College Republicans leader, is pressing “full charges” against a fellow Stanford University student who he says assaulted him at an event supporting new Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh.
John David Rice-Cameron, Rice’s son and president of the Stanford College Republicans, alleges that fellow Stanford sophomore Melinda Hernandez physically assaulted him last Tuesday at the California school.

SCR President drops charges, asks for apology.
Stanford College Republicans (SCR) President John Rice-Cameron ’20 has dropped the charges he previously filed against Melinda Hernandez ’21, SCR announced in a Facebook post made Monday night. Rice-Cameron had alleged that Hernandez pushed him during a White Plaza tabling event last Tuesday, and Hernandez was issued a citation for battery at the scene.
“Although it is entirely within the legal rights of our president to press charges, he has decided to drop the charges in an expression of goodwill and in the hope that doing so will help diffuse tension on campus,” SCR wrote.

He is sadly mistaken if he thinks that his "expression of goodwill" is going to change the rabid hatred and violence of the left.

On a side note, why don't people find a way to make signs that are harder to rip? The thought of leftist protestors futilely trying to rip a sign gives me such joy. :)
