Makes for one sweet, versatile grill. It'll do just about anything you need a grill to do and you can do most of it all at once. The box works as a small charcoal grill for just doing a few burgers and dogs. The bigger section under the closed top is a huge charcoal grill or the grill section of the smoker that the firebox smokes up. The open sections are a propane grill and burner for cooking your non meats. If it'd clean itself it'd be perfect.
I won't say what I paid for it with the cover on clearance from Lowes but Mike is real close with his settled for grill. :innocent:

Two very different and distinct methods of preparing grub.
My brother is a Master griller and I have realized that successful grilling, especially pertaining to doneness, texture, and flavor - is 30% heat source (charcoal...period) and 70% technique. We must not fool ourselves here...it can take many years to create the perfect steak on a grill.
