Chris - it's an 08 CrewMax Limited. No way in hell I could afford a '10. This one only has 17K miles.

What's that grease/fluid spot under the driver's door area?

That's a drain hole in the floor.  It make it easier to wash all the oil and grease off the floor.  :-)

Beds are only made for two things... :naughty:

I think I'd have to buy a trailer if I wanted to haul anything, but they're a dime a dozen.

Ree - The F350 is the only diesel I would buy, but the 6.4 gets horrible mileage w/o the EGR/DPS delete and some other minor mods. The EPA has really killed the diesel capabilities, IMHO. And who knows how the 6.7L Scorpion is going to turn out, though I'm VERY intriqued by the reversal of the intake/exhaust manifolds.

I have a car trailer, so anything too big goes on that. With a weight distributing hitch, even my 06 Tundra does well, and I think the CrewMax would kick a$$.

Can I have some $$?  :-)

With a bit of work that could be a decent truck.

Ditch the 5 spoke rims, barbie doll wheels and side steps (the number of times I've seen people hang up on their side steps...)

Add a snorkel and front winch capable bar, a 2 inch spring lift and 2 inch body lift kit and it might pass ..

I've never been a fan of the "style side" configuration for the bed - but replacing that with a real tray is a lot of work.

RCD 6" and 35's on 18's, TRD Supercharger with URD fuel tune, TRD big-brake kit... And call it good since gears aren't available yet.  :-)

One other thing I forgot to mention. The Tundra has a very crappy frame and rear spring design. I'd yank the bed, box the entire frame with .120. I'd then move the front spring mounts to under the frame and get rid of the trapezoidal  configuration making the spring pack parallel. Replace with custom Deaver or Alcan's to match the RCD front, etch, prime, paint...  :-)
I've yet to see a which bumper for the new Tundra that I like.

No, my friends, there’s only one really progressive idea. And that is the idea of legally limiting the power of the government. That one genuinely liberal, genuinely progressive idea — the Why in 1776, the How in 1787 — is what needs to be conserved. We need to conserve that fundamentally liberal idea. That is why we are conservatives. --Bill Whittle
