With a bit of work that could be a decent truck.
Ditch the 5 spoke rims, barbie doll wheels and side steps (the number of times I've seen people hang up on their side steps...)
Add a snorkel and front winch capable bar, a 2 inch spring lift and 2 inch body lift kit and it might pass ..
I've never been a fan of the "style side" configuration for the bed - but replacing that with a real tray is a lot of work.
RCD 6" and 35's on 18's, TRD Supercharger with URD fuel tune, TRD big-brake kit... And call it good since gears aren't available yet.
One other thing I forgot to mention. The Tundra has a very crappy frame and rear spring design. I'd yank the bed, box the entire frame with .120. I'd then move the front spring mounts to under the frame and get rid of the trapezoidal configuration making the spring pack parallel. Replace with custom Deaver or Alcan's to match the RCD front, etch, prime, paint...
I've yet to see a which bumper for the new Tundra that I like.
