I thought I'd share a great for a green salad , if you like vinegar and oil and /or honey mustard.
1/4 cup Pure honey
3 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
3 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Tbsp. Shallots, Minced
1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
For the dressing, place all ingredients in a blender and blend well.Refrigerate
