This is from my dad's effects. I was going through them today to give to the company he worked for to put into their archives. He started out as a draftsman in 1/1952 and died in 9/1968 when he was Executive Vice President (all with just a high school diploma). It's a railroad gang working on or moving a building in East Chicago, Indiana, date unknown.
