The Chinese have devalued their currency (thus creating the slave-like conditions) to have businesses migrate their to exploit their poor conditions. This is the first time capitalism has worked in reverse willingly. I may turn out poorly in this regard. Right now the IMF at the G20 commission is reviewing the prospects of moving away from the American dollar as the global force and to be replaced by the Yaun. But it is a slow crawl, if any victory is feasible without war.
OK, never mind the fact that there are so many missed letters and typos that the reply is almost inscrutable. It has the air of a dutiful party worker fiercely hammering out state approved talking points as quickly as possible lest the local party boss accuse him of failing to meet his obligations to the revolution.
