Venezuela, showing a growing hostile attitude towards the USA and the West, has collaborated actively with the Iranian theocracy for over ten years.

Drug runners are caught with uranium. Could it be used to make nuclear bombs?

Depends on which direction the uranium is being smuggled.

Is this "raw" uranium ore, or "enriched" U235?

True, but if your end goal is a dirty bomb, there are better and cheaper options than uranium for your radiation source.
