And we thought Reggie Love's Li'l Bitch's dependence on Telly Prompter was pathetic. (It was, but this is orders of magnitude worse.)

The Teleprompter did a great job of turning on Barry's narcissism, arrogance, and inflated ego.

SharterJoe doesn't even know what the damned thing is. He thinks he can watch reruns of Matlock on it.

LOL, the media is of course trying to convince people that he in fact said "Let me repeat that line".

I enjoy how most of the replies are "Trump did this too" like someone else's mistake makes it all good. I honestly can't remember Trump doing it that often and most of his mistakes were when he went off the teleprompter and ad-libbed responses. I honestly don't recall him reading a teleprompter command (re-read line) as a part of a speech. I'm not saying it didn't happen, I just don't recall the media making an issue of it.

All politicians, as public speakers, screw the pooch once in a while. Bound to happen and it shouldn't be that big of a deal.

But SharterJoe has always been in a GaffeClass all by himself and when he insists on being in the spotlight, his GaffeMachine is workin' overtime.

It's embarrassing, it's sad, and it's criminal to allow that desiccated perv to occupy the highest office in the land. Get him the hell off the stage and park him in a home where he can watch his Matlock re-runs while drooling and napping.

I thought it was reruns of Hazel, since he loved that Shirley Booth taking it to Mr. Baxter.

Note: "Borrowed" this line from a radio host, but still think it is accurate and appropriate, and I'm not old enough to have seen the TV series Hazel, although I've certainly heard of the show.

It can be whatever TV show he wants it to be. Give him the remote, wrap him in a blankie, tie a bib around his neck for his drooling, and let him nap.

Just get him the hell out of the WH.  :fuelfire:

P.S. - I've seen Hazel and other 50s-vintage shows that would be clearly misogynistic today. Shows like "Father Knows Best" and "The Honeymooners." "To the moon, Alice!"  :lmao: Good stuff.

Looks like YouTube censored (chopped) the teleprompter-scene from one of the Police Squad films.  The one with Raquel Welch, that featured Frank Drebbin falling-down the staircase, then reading the directions off the teleprompter.

The similarity remains intact, sorta.

That's perfect, Drafe.

Frank Drebbin - a previous version of SharterJoe.

Clueless, stupid, and a train wreck all at the same time.  :rotf:   :lmao:

Except for one thing: even for his "incompetence" Frank Drebben could at least be counted upon to accidentally stumble into the successful completion of what he is supposed to do.

No such luck with the puppeteers with their hands up #JoeThePervert's arse.
