I am not sure how that is Obama's fault. A lot of businesses are suffering due to the rise in eCommerce.

And a lot of businesses were resistant to the e-commerce reality until it was too late.  As well as others that were on-line only, with no true business model.  Has been a weird and dynamic 20 years or so in the entire business world.

That's what I meant anyway.
In context it might be easier to forgive my typo.
But now that I think of it, all shovel ready jobs are hovel ready because that's where they will put you.
