Polls don't start to close until 7:00 Pm, there time. So the reports still won't come in until then.

So, I won't hear anything till 8:00 Pm my time.

I have a theory --

Lets say there is an election that isn't going to go your way, and you know it. What if you then gamed the system to the point of invalidating the election, forcing a 'do over' ? - because with a recall election, its 'one and done' - if they lose this recall, they can't attempt it on Walker again.
