Was I a bit uncivil?
I live in a very historic rural Virginia county. In the village that is our county seat, there's a complex of historic uildings, all dating back to 1740-1760: tavern/inn; blacksmith's forge; jail; couple of outbuildings. Also a few restored buildings. We have a blacksmith guild as well as guilds for woodworking, weaving, spinning, and cooking. A gift shop in the inn features products made by our weaves, quilters, blacksmiths, etc.
Two mornings a week I volunteer as dishwasher at the tavern restaurant.
I was washing dishes this morning, took a break to use the men's room. There, on a chair inside the door, was a MAGA Trump cap.
When I went to the men's room three hours later, the cap was still there.
I picked up the cap, put it in the urinal . . . and pissed on it. Left it there.
Was I uncivil?
Everyone loved it to death.

That MAGA cap is someone's property. That would be vandalism right there.

Cool story, bro.

This is funny. One of the more reactionary DUmmies is all excited:

43. As long as there's no chance you'd be "caught" or they knew it was you, GOOD JOB!!!!
And immediately gets bitch slapped:
Tipperary (2,926 posts)
50. Yes, that seems to be the spirit of the "resistance" here on du lately.
Turn magazines around, give people dirty looks if you disapprove of what you hear in a store, hide remote controls (or reprogram them). Pissing on a stranger’s hat is a new one for me.
But by no means, stand up for what you believe where anyone can see you. How brave, how noble.
If Tipperary is a mole, slow it down. Pointing out the Bouncies and putting Doug in the spotlight is a sure fire way to draw the Admin's attention.

Looks like Walldude Jr works here...

Yep, that :bouncy: should be good for a couple of DU-cred points. Hopefully some of his urine that sprayed onto the floor got on his shoes and pants.

Someone needs to call that place and say”. Hi sorry to bother you but I think I left my hat in one of your bathrooms the other. It would mean a lot if you could find it since my grandson gave it to me jus6 before I started my chemo for my cancer” I wonder if that jerk will confess about what he did .

That should clue them in.

Sent the following to: info@rhhtfoundationinc.org
Subject: You have a terrible person working for you - urinating on a customer hat
Message:
There is a person who volunteers as a dishwasher twice a week at Hughlett’s Tavern who proudly posted the following on a board called “Democratic Underground.” I do not have a name but it should not be difficult to determine the perpetrator.

I travel frequently and visit Virginia a lot. I for one will NOT be stopping by your center(s) knowing that there are people who would urinate on my clothing if I left them behind. If you take no action on this I will assume you endorse it.
Sincerely
(rl name)
Suggest others call or do the same.

I hope you washed your hands before going back to your pearl diver job. Was the hat still wet when you wore it home?

What self-respecting lefty would work in a place with gender specific restrooms?
-
Done!
Somewhere, a Jersey walrus weeps.

While I have seen pictures of them on TV and the internet, i have never actually seen a MAGA hat in person and I live in solid red South Orange County. How is it that DUpipo seem to come across these hats on a daily basis?

Dunno. I don't know whether I've seen a MAGA hat "in the wild" either, though even Santa Clara County is pretty blue.

26. I've cleaned enough urinals in MY life to have the right to say, "Lighten up, Francis."
17 years of housekeeping. In gyms.
Was it a 2 or 4 year degree to qualify you for that job?
Do you get to keep the cigarette butts?
Do you also do toilets or is that a different specialty?
-
There is no "Sam" that works as a dishwasher. I had called the restaurant and took a longshot chance that the DUmmie actually used his first name as part of his user name. When I called the restaurant, I spoke to a woman, either the cashier or the manager, hoping she would divulge the name of the dishwasher, but she was proficient enough at her job to refrain from inadvertently releasing the name.
I wish someone here lived near enough. Maybe I should take this to my buddies at 4chan.
-
Oh, Sam isn't his real name, Congress. If you really want to know who this jerk is and where he lives, just click here (https://nuwber.com/person/563a319105a684fe714e34d2)
This guy is actually pretty big in the local D trash there:
http://www.co.northumberland.va.us/Documents/Electoral_Board/Minutes/2017/2017-01_January%2010%20Electoral%20Board%20Minutes.pdf
and, this moon bat is a retired colonel - blog (http://www.schlatter.org/)
his wife Rose has a heavy foot but his son is a perv too: https://www.nbcwashington.com/news/local/Accusations-of-Sex-With-Minors-Investigated-at-Virginia-Fire-Station-256774411.html
nobody from that family should be allowed to volunteer for anything. :o
-
So son Joe was in Special Forces for seven years, then at 45 decided to hook up with a 19 year old and invite a kid to join in? Seriously?
And how does a "retired colonel" volunteer to do dishwashing in a local diner twice a week anyway? Oh, well, he'll find out someone's looking for "Sam" soon enough.

Wow!!! to all of you! Saved the Wayback machine to favs, GOP, and Tess Andersen, as usual, just floors me. Holy moly, are you guys good.
