Local Stiletto Race for Charity
« on: August 21, 2011, 03:03:34 PM »

PORTSMOUTH — It was a duel of spiked shoes Saturday, as more than 35 daring runners sprinted 35 meters in a variety of stiletto shoes, all for a good cause.

The second annual Stiletto Race supports the Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Greater Seacoast and had sprinters, of both sexes and varied ages, armed in their most comfortable and supportive heels, hoping to reaching the finish line first.

I always find it particularly disturbing to see children included in this sort of debauchery.  :banghead:
