Donald Trump is not fit to be President.

It doesn't matter if he has committed a crime or not. He is simply unfit.

The argument that we cannot overturn the will of the people is nonsense. He was not elected by the will of the people. He lost the popular vote by almost 3 million votes.

The people made a mistake. Just as they made a mistake with Richard M Nixon. It is up to the House and Senate to correct the mistake thru the impeachment process.

No doubt, Trump supporters will be very angry. They may not vote at all in the next election? Perhaps they should think about whether they should ever vote again? They have done our country no favors.

The division that has been created. The hatred that has been revived. The course must be corrected.

It's time to cash in our chips and stop gambling with the lives of the American people.
Yeah, you HOPE that we'll stay home. Won't happen. The last time that happened we got Obama. The biggest mistake the electorate ever made.

3. The reason we have an Electoral College is because our wise Founders did not trust...

the will of the people. Even if "the people" back then were white male landowners-- "cream of the crop".

And, the Senate originally was elected by state legislators, not directly by the people.

Anyway, the impeachment process was set up as a humane process for correcting the mistakes of the electorate, should the President rule more like a king.

Europe had other ways of dealing with unpopular kings, but our founders thought revolutions, beheadings, poisonings and hangings were not proper ways.
Well, you're wrong about the reason for the EC.

24. Not quite the reason for the Electoral College. Try slavery.

https://www.smithsonianmag.com/history/electoral-college-has-been-divisive-day-one-180961171/

The Electoral College polarized Americans from its inception. Created by the framers of the Constitution during the 1787 Constitutional Convention in Philadelphia, the College was put forth as a way to give citizens the opportunity to vote in presidential elections, with the added safeguard of a group of knowledgeable electors with final say on who would ultimately lead the country, another limit on the burgeoning nation’s democratic ideals.

The story of the Electoral College is also one of slavery—an institution central to the founding of American democracy. The bulk of the new nation’s citizenry resided in cities like Philadelphia and Boston in the North, leaving the South sparsely populated by farmers, plantation owners, other landholders, and, of course, enslaved laborers. This disparity in the population distribution became a core element of the legislative branch, and in turn, the Electoral College.
Still wrong.

14. His supporters believe fervently that Obama created the division & Obama jacked up racism. . . . nt

18. Do they believe Obama did that openly or undercover?

I simply don't recall divisive language from Barack Obama. Almost to a fault, he tried to unite this country. That's the way I recall?
Um, we're "bitter clingers." Sounds a little divisive, doesn't it? How about "cops acting stupidly?" As far as uniting the country, the underhanded way that they ignored the CLEAR Will of the American people by passing Obamacare tells me that he had no interest in half of the country; only in imposing his agenda on us. Ditto, the "pen and the phone" comment.

I believe Obama also made reference to elections having consequences, he won, get over it.  And something along the lines of he was going to change the country and the republicans could come along for the ride, but they would need to sit at the back of the bus.

Poor kt, in 2016 the voters of the states declared Trump fit to be President, and kt never got over it. Even worse for kt, US voters might make the same declaration in November, 2020.
If, as anti-Covid-vaxxers claim, https://www.poynter.org/fact-checking/2021/robert-f-kennedy-jr-said-the-covid-19-vaccine-is-the-deadliest-vaccine-ever-made-thats-not-true/ , https://gospelnewsnetwork.org/2021/11/23/covid-shots-are-the-deadliest-vaccines-in-medical-history/ , The Vaccine is deadly, where in the US have Pfizer and Moderna hidden the millions of bodies of those who died of "vaccine injury"? Is reality a Big Pharma Shill?

Millions now living should have died. Anti-Covid-Vaxxer ghouls hardest hit.

You expect DEMS to have proof and logic for their statements?  They believe President Trump is unfit because they say so!

Of course, the economic and geo-political evidence shows he is quite fit to be president, which is why there is only imaginary "evidence" for the DEMS.
