Goes thru me like a knife young teamsters brown nosing
Kissing management ass I tell em young union men you just like being on plantation yes boss. Those people hate your guts for the big dollars we make and they will cut your throat. Always been a war between labor and management I been on this shit sandwich 32 years and i always been courteous when courtesy was directed my way.
But if your asshole manager I’ll go asshole straight back at you I’ll grievance you I’ll hostile work environment you thru union hall and fed labor board. Was gonna retire in 5 years, at 57 I’ll go now until our two youngest sons both 14 thru college. I knew in 04 when our one son was born I wasn’t retiring at 57 then we adopted our other son. We did same for our girls got them educated and established I hope be able to do same my wife and I. For these two boys I now realize that I’m a dinosaur all the old Union brothers retired. Ten years I’m out off this shit buffet take my pension I cannot stand ass kissers.
I brought this over for one reason only. My dad was a Teamster for 40 years. Retired probably 15 years ago. About 5 years ago it was announced the Teamsters pension was basically gone and they wanted the older Teamsters to take a reduced pension ... reduced in HALF, to they could give something to the younger Teamsters. TEB ain't retiring anytime soon and it has nothing to do with his kids, it's because the union STOLE his pension!

Reminds me of the now dead primitive from Southern Illinois who complained about rising property taxes while never being able to acknowledge that it was his own party in Springfield who was fleecing him in order to pay excessive union wages to employees in Chicago.
As for this dimwit, I'm not sure what "young teamsters brown nosing ... Kissing management ass" has to do with him having to wait until he retires. No doubt in his pea-sized mind there's some connection. My guess is he tries to talk a good game but doesn't have the cojones to back it up.
I do wish he'd just let boog have the keyboard. Maybe we'd get something coherent from it.

When I was kid growing up in coal fields of Appalachia. It was the mid 1970’s probably around 10 years old. Life was great our father worked steel mill mom was Rn. Out of the blue this guy shows up and my great uncles, treating this stranger like gold cash booze a place to live anything this guy needed.
I found out later he was in prison for like three decades. Reason he was convicted in the killing of a company cop is how my people referred to them strike breakers. Riding there horses into the picket lines wielding clubs on the strikers, leeches those strike breakers. And this man who I can’t remember maybe 30 or 35 years he did in prison,he never gave up any of his fellow union brothers, as kid iam like wow this guy has my respect. I’m like this guy is awesome Superman has nothing on this guy.
So yes I am disgusted with my younger ass kissing union freight co workers. Dudes I started with in 1987 we’re old school they fought in the 50’s 1960’s they loved HOFFA senior Hoffa junior is worthless those old timers be flipping out over Hoffa junior screwing the men nothing like his old man. But I loved those old teamsters you gave no shit but you took no shit from management you did your job ran your loads made cash provided for your family.

Yes sir, this whole thing has been one big sad '**** you' to the people who were there when the union needed them. I know the local my dad worked out of had, from what I was told, secretaries who were making well over $100k/year, and a lot of them were all from the same family.
Unions are an awfully close relation to socialists. The ones in charge live quite well, while those turning the gears are left literal crumbs. I'm quite sure TEB isn't actually making 'big dollars', but his union handlers want him to think he is to keep him in line.

Well the teamster unions were all mobbed up in the past and probably still are. The mob gonna get their money so I'll posit that is where a lot of the money went. It is pretty sad that a bunch of honest working folk got the shitty end of the stick... but it is what it is. You continually hop in bed with the devil you gotta expect to wake up with a red trident in your ass one morning.
My brother was a teamster for a while back in the day. Liked to drove him crazy with all the bullshit so he quit after 5 years. I'm glad he got out of it now.
Seems the coal miners pension fund is going broke now as well. Another obama legacy.
