I've created a photoshop action. I created it in CS, so it should work for all versions of PS since then.
From normal landscape pictures, this action creates images such as the following images:

(http://i554.photobucket.com/albums/jj434/GOPCongress/oil_riggers.jpg)
NOTE: All the pictures have been reduced in size to preserve bandwidth.
Just download the action file (Picture Joke.atn), and import it into photoshop. When you run it, follow the dialog boxes.
The action automatically creates images at a width of about 700 pixels, you can resize when finished.
Enjoy! Especially anything DUmp related...LOL
PS Any problems, please get back to me. By the way, this does not work on pictures which are portrait that well, but joke/inspiration pictures are meant more for landscape or square pictures.
