Potatoes

So.............My garden has yielded a butt-ton of potatoes.  More than I can consume in a few sittings.   :yahoo:  The jury is out on how to store them.  Anyone have some great ideas?

I would jar the small ones if you already have jarring/canning equipment. 

Potatoes store well if they have lots of air flow.
If you want to worship an orange pile of garbage with a reckless disregard for everything, get on down to Arbys & try our loaded curly fries.
